Fairhill Courts is nestled between Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, and Cleveland, giving it easy access to a collection of wonderful neighborhoods and lush, secluded trails along Doan Brook and Shaker Lakes. We created a brand strategy and visual identity that celebrated the area’s natural beauty and the development’s close proximity to the historic Cleveland Skating Club.
