The City of Cleveland Heights, looking to attract and retain residents and businesses, conducted extensive brand research to determine the community’s brand attributes. Diversity, inclusiveness, and a commitment to the arts were the most cited among residents, along with walkable neighborhoods and historic homes. We guided the city in creating a brand promise celebrating these core strengths, crafted messaging that resonated with the community, and developed a visual identity that built on the value of existing brand assets.

When the time came to celebrate the city’s centennial, we created a short-term identity, a microsite, and advertising that highlighted the rich history of Cleveland Heights.
